Welcome to Guiding Light Counseling Services, PLLC
At a time when access to quality care was not often accessible to the BIPOC rural communities, it was my dream to provide virtual mental health services in a world where such services were limited. Guiding Light Counseling Services (GLCS) was founded in June 2016. It was my vision to establish a small boutique-style private practice which sought to provide effective treatment services based on five basic principles, responsible care, integrity, great customer service, healthy boundaries, and timely treatment. GLCS now serves clients located in Michigan, Texas, Arizona, and Washington.
As GLCS founder, I personally ensure our clinicians promote and utilize only evidence-based techniques when serving our client population. It is our primary goal to assist each client in developing a specialized treatment plan which meets their individual needs. It is our goal that each client is able to address unresolved grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, chemical dependency, environmental, interpersonal and relational concerns by obtaining professional care which is built upon GLCS five basic principles of effective treatment services. Together, I believe we can unveil a clear and simple path to healing which allows clients to fully enjoy life and make balanced decisions regarding self.
